Doesn't work that way. 04 had the old style remote there was no factory remote start available until 05.

One can easily have an aftermarket installed. Depending on the shop from $199+ typically for a name brand setup like a directed product installed.

Viper 5901 is a nice unit. You can usually find it pretty cheap. Usually around $200 or less. It is a two-way system and has an LCD screen to tell you if your car is started, the temp inside your car, what zone triggered the alarm, etc. And has a "1 mile range".

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

Avenuesound.com has the viper 4103vx for $59+shipping if you call and ask for it. Ive bought a dozen or more in the last month

1/4mile range. 2 - 1way remotes.. Its basic but has lifetime warranty and i havent had any issues with any of the ones ive put in to date. The python 4103 is the same remote start just python version.

If you want a 2way unit he described it pretty well.
