Bought a 99 gtp s/c. was wondering if they came with a key fob.. guy i bought it from only gave me a key. call dealership and gave vin and said they didnt come with one. any answers? thanks

There is a way to find out yourself, give me a few and I'll find the info for you.

You have to enter the car into programming mode.
Entering Programming Mode
To program features, your vehicle must be in this
programming mode. Follow these steps:
1. Turn the ignition key to LOCK or OFF.
2. Remove the MALL PGM fuse from the instrument
panel fuse block. See “Fuses and Circuit Breakers”
in the Index.
3. Turn the ignition key to ACCESSORY.
4. Count the number of chimes you hear. You will hear
up to four chimes, depending on vehicle content. See
“Multifunction Alarm Locks and Lighting Choices”
earlier in this section.
You can now program your choices. After programming
a feature, you can exit the programming mode at
any time.
Exiting Programming Mode
To exit programming mode, turn the key from
ACCESSORY to OFF and put the MALL PGM fuse
back into the instrument panel fuse block.
2 Chimes means no remote unlock
3 or more chimes means you have remote unlock.
