They can only be seen at night when you have them on otherwise nobody knows you have them installed as they are located on the bottom of the car. I have them and hardly turn them on just because its illegal for some stupid reason, distraction issues is what I've heard but there sure of lots of other things that cause distractions and not illegal.
Go neon if you seldom drive on gravel roads or led if you do but they have less light output vs neon.

the amount you pay for such minimal use is what turns most off its just like nathan said regardless of what you like the cops dont like tham at all and on top of that its nothing your really gonna notice as you would be inside the car along with that you run the risk of bottoming out smashing them up or having them perfect for a long time and only turning them on when your parked with your buddies showing off your new shiny underbody...If I was there id give ya **** for not doing something else for the money.
I'm sorry officer I didnt know I couldn't do that

I've gone through half dozen sets of LED underglow over the years. Some were dim some were intensely bright. Thy're a PITA to wire & hide the wireing properly too. And they can be pretty tacky if you don't hide the tubes . If your car is lowered you may as well say goodby to the tubes. You will eventually crack them on something. I sure did. Honestly they are a waste of money unless you have an undercarriage to show off at a car show.

if you like them get them. you could blow $150 on something else too. just dont use them while driving on the street to much, as cops would love to pull you over
