ya i was thinking about it, but 90$, come on man. im not the geatest fabricater but have made a couple mounting kits over the year and could do that myself for less.

only problem is the time it would take

Alpine 9886 with 16GB USB flash drive for mp3s, and Ipod cable.
2 Monster Cable RCA cables, 2 channel (subwoofer) and 4 channel.
Wiring Harness has solder connections covered in shrink tube.
Orion HCCA 5s Millenium Edition Carbon Fiber - 5.25 Front and Rear with soft dome tweeters crossed over at 100Hz and 5000Hz.
10ft Subwoofer speaker cable made from knukonceptz 12 gauge with monster cable banana plugs, knukonceptz boots, and tinned ends all wrapped in black braided nylon sleeve.

Amp Rack made from 3/4 MDF, modified to fit under rear deck.
4 gauge monster cable amp kit. 70A AGU fuse in engine.
1 farad monster cable "digicap" capacitor.
JL 250/1v2 subwoofer amp. 30A AGU fuse
JL 300/4v2 amp. 40A AGU fuse
JL 8W7 subwoofer crossed over at 100Hz.
Streetwires 16 gauge speaker wire for front/rear.
.87 cubic ft enclosure with 65degree slope that fires through opening in rear seat. Fits very snug under rear deck. Biscuit joints throughout, no screws.


Overall, I'm about 80% complete. Still need to do the following.
Carpetting for Rack/Subwoofer Enclosure.
Install banana plug speaker terminal cup, currently has braided black/red RF 12ga.
Put speaker boot on front wires.
Install Sub control knob.
Perform "Big 3" upgrade.
Install 160A Alternator.

i got 2 12" mtx terminators in the terminator limited box. Just a head unit and crappy alpine type S door and deck speakers. The S should really stand for Sh#*. Glad i paid only $60 for all four.

dont have any pics of the stuff in the GP. it has the factory CD w/7 band EQ, Sony Explode in the front, Dodge Intrepid 6X9 in the rear. factory speakers where blown, thats what i had laying around to stick in.


in my Legend i have a Pioneer head unit, Alpine 4" front, Mitsubishi Galant 6.5" in the back, one Dub audio (Audiobahn) 12" sub in custom enclosure

thats a pretty old HU i had one of those back in the day in the old maxima

lol i know. its one i got from my friend, somebody broke into her car while it was on the side of the highway with a flat, busted out the window, stole everything inside and pulled the front off the CD, it has issues playing CDs now... but i had a really nice Sony stereo that had a color changing display, traded them out for her, i felt bad for what happened. i also had a Pioneer Super Tuner D or something with a flip down face and all that, i gave it to my friend for his birthday this year.

so that is what i have for now. also that isnt the right trim plate for it, thats why it fits funny. lol

o gotcha. i never had a bose system in mine so i wouldnt know that one. i just had crap delco an blew them now i have alpine type s coaxials they aren't bad imo but alot of people on here seem to think they r sh!t but they r quite a bit better than my stockers an get me pretty good sound for the cash. i personally thought the ones i got sounded better than the type r they had out at the time. idk if the settings were messed up or what but they did imo. so i decided to save the extras cash an just go with the type s prob a stupid decision but i havent blown them yet or been able to make them destort so im not gonna complain about um
