So I can power everything off that one amp? or just the stuff in the rear

That amp would be plenty to run all your mids and highs. Just wire the fronts to the first to channels normally, and parallel the rears to the last two channels. Your rear speakers show to be 90w rms and 20w rms. With those paralleled to 2ohms, you should get 140w rms per channel from your amp. You'd basically be running the 6x9 and 4" as one speaker, so you wont be able to tune them separately.

by parallel you mean wire from one channel to the 6x9, from the 6x9 to the 4", and from the 4" to the amp right?

No.
That is series.

Parallel is just like it sounds. The wires run parallel to each other. Run it all directly to the amp. if you can't fit them all in the amp, splice one into another and tape it off or so, or run both into a bigger wire.

Ok so the tweeters run in series with the 5.25's up front right?

What gauge wiring should i use for right off the amp?

honestly for a low-mid powered setup you should be able to get away with 16g, but 14g if you can fit it. Remember, speakers and amps aren't everything. Good wiring is crucial as well. There is a reason two sets with all the same stuff of all the same size can be hugely different in price.

Am I going to be wiring through the door sills or whatever? cuz the screws are obliterated by rust there..

Also what power hookup kit will I need? I was thinking Monster 200w?

I'm actually gonna hold off on the amp for the moment. I need to restore my car's exterior to its former glory.

Knukonceptz makes AMAZING wiring kits for an awesome price. And yeah, you either have to ghetto wire it in between the jambs, or you have to take a few things apart and run the wires through the doors the where the factory wires are run through at.

Well, when u do want an amp, check out the apsm-4080. 100 bucks for 80x4@4.

The mo' money the better. If you went with a 4GA kit you'll probably never have to worry about your mids/highs again.

So this one 4 Gauge Amplifier Installation Kit

ok. so Friday I order the morels. then I'm getting my projectors and halo fogs. then an amp. then a sub of some sort.

yeah im using that for my subs, it's overkill for your mids/highs, but you'll never have to worry about it, which is why i suggested it.

Does anyone know if this adapter plate would work for upgrading the front speakers? Xscorpion USPA-5060 5-1/4" - 6-1/2" Universal Speaker Adapters

i hope so, i want to go 6.5 up front but un sure about making them fit, those would be a great find

I also emailed a company that makes speaker adapters to see if they would make one. I saw a post on another forum from them saying they would love to, but I haven't heard back yet.

I swear, nothing universal works on our cars lol.
