    i would like to go back to the stock radio. My stock one is shot so i would have to get a diff one. Am i going to have to do any unlocking to get it to work? and will my steering wheel controls work with the new one?

    should just plug in and work
    on a side note i have the HU from the 99 laying around the lights can get weird at times but it works
    98 Camaro SS 46k LS1, T56, All Stock. 00 GMC Sierra 2wd ECSB 106k Lm7, 3.73s tow needs lowered..

    I have a chance at a 99 or 01 g/am hu. So do g-am and trans am HU's still work if they are the same style

    Depends on the plug it uses. Basically anything that would use the same wiring harness and is the same size will work.
