First off, I am new to the forum and DID try to search for what I need answered. I've had my car for about 3 weeks now and really like it so far. I was just wondering if there is a way to calibrate the DIC? Basically my "fuel used" is off by about a gallon and this also affects my MPG reading on there. My car is a 2001 GTP sedan with zero mods to my knowledge.

No one has any advice? Not even a simple "no way to fix it" answer?

Factory mpg gauges are not very accurate try a scan gauge or ultra gauge which can be calibrated. See link below for discussion about the DIC.

Thank you. I figured there was no way to calibrate it...I'm going to hook my ScanGauge up next fill up. I've had it, but wanted to avoid using it since the car already has a trip computer. Too bad it isn't a perfect world...
