If you decide to go cheap, I have a stock pair for sale from a 97gt with the 8 speakers system.

If you want to upgrade, then I suggest these

Get some Infinity Kappa 692.9i's off Amazon for cheaps. Or the 693.9i's.

Or you can buy my stockers from a 2004 GP off Ebay. I have them listed at $40 obo + $20 shipping, but I might be able to cut you a deal

EDIT: Also, look on Amazon and Ebay for stuff you find on Crutchfield, it's usually about 50% of the price.

^I was referring to the names of the premium sound option. Some years it was Bose others it was Monsoon.

2 options i would say. i like the rockford fostgate punches so i would say get the rockford punch p1692 which is the 6x9s. or i have seen some ppl get the p152s 5.25s that i use as door speakers, and use the 6x9 adapter that it comes with to install as the rears. if u do that the mount has a spot for a tweeter add on, which in the end makes it sound really good.

the infinity kappas would be good if you were planning on amping them, but i wouldn't run them off the deck. They like there power.
