Thread: Friend needs help

My friend is havin a problem with her 2000 ford focus zx3. her brother was messing around with the radio wires while the car was on, and now the car wont start. she said all that works is the parking lights and the horn and thats it. It wont even start with jumper cables.. she said she replaced a fuse but now she cant remember which one it was. but still the problem is there..

prolly tripped the SECURITY on the car. I bet its in a safe mode, cuz it thought someone was stealing it.

maybe try disconnecting the battery for a while to reset the computer and such. worth a try

she said she tried unplugging the battery for a while and it didnt work

Any ideas?

does it do anything, anything at all when shes turn the key to "on"?
