I have a 98 grand prix gt 8 speaker system. I have 2 tweeters in front, 2 5 1/4 in front, 2 6x9 in back and 2 4in in back. I would like to upgrade them because they are all sounding pretty bad as of lately I had to disconect 1 6x9 and 1 4in in back already due to them sounding so bad.
I was looking into upgrading to alpine speakers I have read very good things about them. First question should I upgrade all 8 speakers? So far I have found these Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. - SPR-69C for the 6x9's and I haven't found anything for the front yet. I am told though also that the 6x9's in the back produce only bass so I am not sure if I should spend all that money on them? If anyone could answer some of them questions and maybe some links to good apline speakers that I could use to replace my stock ones that'd be awesome! BTW I love bass if that helps in picking out any speakers haha. Thank you!
