my AEM wb o2 digital gauge is starting up, reading AFR for about ten seconds and then restarting. this is getting annoying because i can't read it at all times. i have the power spliced into my remote wire for my amp (so it starts with my car), and the ground is good. the sensor is installed properly too. any thoughts/ideas? thanks in advance...

Is there too much power going through the remote wire?

Tap it into the red power wire on your head unit. I highly doubt the remote wire has enough amperage to run a gauge, all it does is tell the amp to turn on not supply power.
