i noticed today that the dimmer in my car barely works. it only changes the light by a smidge, its barely noticible. im not sure if this is from a fuse or some kind of relay?
sorry if im vague... i dont know the name of this thing

Usually that's controlled by the light switch. There's a reostat or something in it. Does the radio and all the other lights exhibit the same behavior?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
