The warning indicates that your alternator voltage is dipping below your battery voltage.

Most likely you need a new alternator.

I get this message too... sometimes a few times a day and other times I go months without seeing it. I got my battery and alternator tested at advanced auto and they said both were fine. I'm not sure though because all the electrical of my car have randomly shut off and immediately back on while I was driving twice in the past 3 months too.

You have a short somewhere. Do you have any aux devices hooked up to the battery or fusebox?

Who tested the alternator? I had three in a row that were bad. Last one tested good but my C.S light still came on. Replace it and been good ever since.

Either somethin is wrong with the connections...alternator, or maybe a faulty dummy light?

yeah everytime my alts were bad the light stayed on...Do you notice it happens when you hit a hard bump? Maybe the connection to the alt is loose.

You may wanna have your system load tested somewhere. It cost me 50 bucks at the dealership. Sounds like something is drawing too much.
