    Tin the exposed wires if possible...slows down oxidation.

    so I've done audio for a living for a few years do you happen 2 know what ohm load the amp is stable? And also are the subs duel voice coil? And what are the ohm load of the speakers?

    Yeah well the old amp is done, gotta get a new one now we took it apart and the board looked fried.

    Ok well I'm on a real tight budget so what would be the best amp for the money for my Kenwood KFC-3002's. They are 4 ohms and 500w. I don't know if that is RMS or what but thats all it says.

    I still vote Cadence for the best of the budget world

    Lots of power...clean. The TXA series comes to mind but I think they're ugly. I know the FXA series they had was receiving good reviews from enthusiasts too.

    Ok so here's an update on my situation, my old subs blew, and now I got 3 W3's two are in and the other is awaiting an amp.
    GP is gone...
