Sorry for crappy camera. They look way better in person and you can see the interior glow green from outside the car unlike in the video.

you can see and read stuff as long as it's a light shade being that the dome lights are green, anything that is dark can't be read because of the laws of optics lol

I think it looks hot. And you dont even have to grow out of it. I had a color changing LED set on my car when i was 18, 7 years and several tickets later, I still have LED lights but they are street legal (see sig)

Blue isn't legal at all and red isn't legal on the side or front of the vehicle regardless of state

thought about it, but they would melt from the exhaust heat. I had to cast resin molds and InGAN which can withstand a lot of heat. I did such a good job someone pried 3 of them off... why 3 i don't know.

I raised it because dirt was getting underneath it and would wash out and leave brown streaks. The only screws I could find that fit were 2" long and I didn't have time to dremel them down until about 6 months later.

I did dremel them to 3/4" and it looks a lot better but still leaves room for the LED strip which I have since hooked to the brake lights.

The sifter on the center counsel has 1 bulb in it, i do believe its a 194 or 168 bulb, either works. You have to take the center counsel apart to get at it and then you have to scrap the red film from inside the plastic piece to get it to show up decently. I only used 1 green led but i suggest at least 3, mines too dim.

definitely use 3 or 4, never did it because I want to do backinblack's drive shift mod down there at some point.

use a larger bulb or a LED strip run in parallel with the back plate for the LEDs,

Here is his original project, I wanted to rewire it to work with the lower shifter and the cluster display. unfortunately I never have time to work on electronics projects any more.

its going to be gross. It took 20 minutes to get the area clean under it, also where the seal between the spoiler and the trunk mate will probably need some wax and care.
