Can I use the stock wiring from the Monsoon system to connect my 111x4 amp to new speakers? If not, how do I get the new speaker wire from the trunk up to the front doors?

Question #2: By using the PAC-OEM24 interface, it sounds like the monsoon amp will still be functioning along side of my new amp. In that case, my center speaker will still be operational correct? Also, I have read a few posts from people who have powered a sub using the rear channels from the Monsoon amp. Is that possible? If so, I'd like to hook up a 10" sub in the trunk.

Im not sure if you can.

If you wanted to run new wire, just run the speaker wire along side the factory harness on the pass side and in the same spot on the drivers then through the rubber grommet in the door that has the wires for your door switches/controls.

I guess it would help if I knew what gauge of wire is used for the speakers in the Monsoon setup. Does anyone know?

Right, but why rewire for the speakers if it's not necessary?

well, u might b able to do this, as long as your head unit can have the monsoon amp and new amp plugged into the back. i guess it would be like ur monsoon amp as the amp for the rears/center and the new amp as the amp for the fronts....

    I used my stock wiring.

Just took out the monsoon amp, chopped the plugs off the wiring harness, and figured out which wires went to where, and hooked them up to my new amp.. Works like a charm. Just make sure you use the output side of the wires, because if you send a signal to the input side, you'll sit there forever wondering why you're not getting any sound out of your speakers..
