    When I turn on my brights only one bulb changes to high beam, the other one just stays on low. Would it be a faulty bulb or a faulty ballast? They are 9007 hi/lo motorized so I think it may be the bulb but I want to make sure before I buy a replacement

    I would assume the ballast, since it controls the light function.
