Let's add another issue to the mix
My horn only works sometimes.
If I press down on it, I have to press a certain way to get it to blow and it doesn't always work. In NYS, the horn needs to be working in order to pass inspection and lucky for me, inspection is up this month. So, being that I'm running out of time (and money), I'm trying to figure this out ASAP.
I am a dummy and hardly know anything. I am stumped on this one, though because it's not like it's not working at all, it just doesn't work consistently.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
