hey guy's, i have a 2002 gtp with the bose sys. i was driving and all of a sudden it sounded like i could here my s/c whining really loudly. turns out it's a squeal matching my rpm's coming from the right rear speaker set??? almost sounded like there was a microphone in my engine bay picking up my engine noise and putting it through the speaker? i'm just really confused, could it just be a bad ground? thanks alot!!!

mind explaining it or posting the link to the original source? Slightly less shady than "I'll PM it to you."

Its in pdf form, however anytime I try to upload a pdf it fails for some odd reason even though it is well under the size limit.

the TSB I found affects the ones with onstar installed, and the solution as it appears is to install a noise filter in the onstar power wire.
A simple test I would personaly try would be to tempoarily remove the onstar fuse and see if the problem goes away, If you dont have onstar I would say it is something to do with the factory amp.

Another simple thing to do it to find where the ground wire from the bose amp goes to and take and clean the ground connection, I think this my cause that problem.
