When I hook up my remote for my amp turn off, does it have to go directly to the factory deck or can I hook it up to something else that turns off when the car turns off? Any suggestions would be great!!!

Any 12 volt power will work. If you put it on a constant remember to add a switch.

Thats what I want to try and avoid is a constant power supply. Is there any suggestions near the rear of the car that i can run a wire to for a amp remote...like tail lights or something??

Put it inline with your radios power or something like your sunroof from the fuse box. I used the sunroof fuse spot, but I don't have a sunroof.

Buy a test light and probe wires in the trunk till you find one. I would look it up, but I only have the diagrams for 01.
