take out the plastic bezel that extends from the lights switch to the radio, it has clips, pry it out carefully and lift it over the steering wheel after you unplug the foglight switch.

X2 we need more info. some cars come factory with amps, we need to know if thats what your talking about or what kind of deck is in it now...

you either will need a line output converter to get RCA's or an aftermarket deck. the factory deck doesnt have any RCA's.

to remove the dash bezel, you need to remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the knee bolster (plastic under the steering wheel) and then pull that piece straight out, there are clips at the top that just pop out.

after you have that removed, tilt the steering wheel down, then pull at the dash bezel that goes around the whole dash, radio and hvac controls. there are clips that will pop out here too. no screws.

once you have that removed, you can tilt the wheel to where its comfy for you to work on the car. the head unit is secured by 7mm hex head screws...may or may not have phillips screw driver slot cut in them.

and there are a ton of aftermarket adapters for the rca's (just don't go cheap unless you want an audible tach)

no those are to add an amp to the factory system

PAC OEM-2 Universal Premium Sound System Interface * 1-piece solution for replacing the radio or adding an amplifier to any factory system * Add a new amplifier to a factory premium sound system or replace a factory premium stereo with an after-market stereo & retain the use of the factory amplifier * Provides a 4-channel signal level converter, internal remote trigger & a common ground speaker conversion * Adjusts up to 4 channels of signal input from 2W to 60W * Isolates the input & output circuits, blocking DC noise & preventing snaps, crackles & pops typical in other products * Allows for conversion of floating ground head units to match common ground speaker systems * Delivers linear frequency response -0.5 dB from 20 Hz to 20 kHz
should be about $25 (list is I think $30)
