I tried that but there is no damn "tan" color and It Says there is 2 browns. light blue and a dark blue but there is no light blue. there is 4 other wires that are odd colors like pink and red.

It has OnStar and the Bose system.
I got my deck to turn on and hooked a small speaker and tested the 8 speaker wire and it works but all the diagrams about the colors for the speakers are wrong. I hooked up the stock deck and it works fine. Im normally pretty savy when it comes to electronics but this is so confusing.

its probably worth it.. ghetto wiring it up will probably work, but only after countless hours of headaches and problems.

The onstar doesn't really matter for an 01 since they switched services....

try this one Pac-Audio.com Product Details | iPod Integration for your car and More by Pac-Audio - Connecting you to the future

Haven't used it but glancing through its install PDF its what you'd need.
2006 Grand Prix Gt - Wizair, Solid Poly Mounts
