Personally, I like the DIC. It tells me my mileage(ish), how far i have left on the tank and its nice to know if a door got open. If you have a bunch of mods and have a use for all the gages, I say go for it.

The dash with the gauges in the DIC, that is Farnsworth's GTP. It's got more custom stuff than you can imagine, including a cogged belt setup :D
Since I don't drive my car I've tossed around the idea of putting some gauges in HUD control would be...IF I had HUD ;)
I think a guage pod sitting on the dash, near the edge of course would look great just above the dic. if u could get it molded right to look OEM! haha but thats lightyears away lol...
