I like my setup, Red on Driver & Back Right. White on Passenger & Back Left. Gives Red light to the driver at night to see with less night vision impact, and still allows for true white light when it is needed for maps and such.

I just ordered the stage 3 led kit for my 2002 grand prix 40th anniversary edition (i have the red dash with burgundy interior). So i went with red led's because my sony radio and everything else is red. How easy is the install for are cars and do you guys think that the red is going to look good with my interior?

I was also going to ask if anyone has done anything with regards to the 04+ lighting. Does it still flicker? Any fixes?

Hello guy well I'm changing out the interior lights on my 99 gt I don't really know what stage it might be cause I just went shopping around here and there trying to find white LED replacement bulbs cause here in Mexico they don't have many choices yet good thing is that I work at a Kenworth dealership and I ordered some interior light I will be modding to fit in my car I'll keep you updated on my progress.

    Thanks, J.

Bright enough, or would you go brighter?

I want it to be bright, but I don't want it to hurt me eyes or anything (that bright) lol.

By comparison, the stock lights are very close to the stage 1 LEDs.

    Thanks!

Stage II blue's are awesome, but way too much for night driving. I have LED strips in my floorboards with my stereo, so I'll probably step down to white stage I's for my interior lights.

So I have a bright red '98 gtp and am going to be buying a led interior light kit soon. Anyone have any opinions on what colour I should get? I know red would be an obvious choice, but I can't help but love the blue! Do you think that the blue only looks good in a black gtp or could my red one pull it off?

Wow, just found about all of this and had to read through all 11 pages!! Some great stuff for sure!!
I've got a white '98 coupe with the factory red dials and such so I'm getting a red kit, or at least most of them in red. Thinking of stage 2 based on some of the pics on here. Stage 1 just doesn't seem like too much of an "upgrade" for me, it's either 2 or 3.

Will have to post some pics if I go through with this.
