I am looking for information on how to swap the interior dash and I'm not just talking about the piece that easily snaps off. I have the tan colored dash and want to swap it out with the pewter color. The pewter dash is from a gtp with HUD and I want to put it into my gt. Any problems doing this? Does anyone know of any write ups for how to pull the dash? I don't want to get poped in the face with the passenger air bag.

    I appreciate all input.

Not to sure about how. But the pewter dash will look a lot better then the tan one. Not a fan of tan interior on most vehicles.

If you are just wanting to remove the strip that the hud is on that just pops off. If you want to do the whole thing I would start with that strip and the front piece that snaps off. At that point I would search for screws.

Thanks for the replies guys. I took a trip to the junk yard yesterday and played around with removing a junk dash from one of the grand prixs. I popped out that panel that holds the security light pretty easily. If I remember correctly there were 4 10mm bolts under that, Then I found 2 13mm bolts on both the passenger and driver side on the bottom of the dash behind the door kick panels. After removing those it was still very much secured in there. Anyone know of the locations of any more. This isn't as easy as my 89 bonneville. Looks like everything under the dash is connected to it.
