So I went to circuit city the other day and happened to find a remote start/keyless entry marked down 70%. I have done pretty much everything on a car but this, however, I am very confident that it will be pretty easy. I have all the diagrams that I think I need, but I have a question. I was always under the impression that you can intall the entire system right into the huge chunk of wires under the drivers dash. Is that wrong. I keep hearing behind the kick panels and this and that. So I have to run wires all over my car? How much wire am I going to need? Any ideas on the best place to mount the box? Thanks for any info you can give me.

for the most part all connections are under the dash. but you will have to make some connections elsewhere as well.
