    where is the best place to drill a hole or is there a hole there already to put a 4 gage power wire though ? also any ideas of how many feet or power wire i need to reach to the trunk i dont wanna be short or to long as its $$ for wire buy the foot

    under the passenger side carpet there is a gromet going threw the firewall as for feet of wire I can not help ya there all I can say is better long than short.

    I don't know if a 4awg wire will fit through there or not since I put 8awg. Measure your car from bumper to bumper and that should give you a good estimate as to how much wire you will need. I tried piecing everything together and realized I had spent more than if I had bought an amp wiring kit.

    Since My GP didnt have binding posts on the battery, I attached the power wire to the jump starter bolt on top of the fuse box. My lights dimmed a lot even with a 2.5F cap. After I did the alternator rewire (running a wire from the alternator to the jump starter post) the lights where almost normal.
