I wanted to do a centre console sub box build for awhile now.. so i did make one behind the gear shifter basically in place of the cubby. I cut it out and with the air space needed for 2 8"s i had no room at all to move, i felt trapped in. The box was 24" high at the highest point. So i removed it and i want to lower it to jave a reasonable arm rest and have it go past gear shifter and under the radio were il prob put the port. I searched a ton to try and find what ppl do to work with the awfully large shifter. When i think i have a plan, i just keep going back to scratching my head lol. Any help would b appreciated

It seems like putting anything in the center console is a huge pain in the butt.. wire up would be convenient but right behind the back seat works the best..

I like the idea of 8" subs versital for several types of music but trying to stuff them in the console seems unfeasible

08... looking good so far. I know i can easily put it in the trunk but looks awesome as a centre console and i can use it in the winter when its cold. Pinterest got me hooked. Have a look.... im sure others will follow suit. Id love a sticky lol.
Gonna tk lots of pics. But not sure how to post em. Hoping this will gather lots of views when im done so others can try. Another 1 1/2weeks and il make an informative post. In the process of doing plexiglass w led. Just unsire of the logo to etch in. Im running mtx so maybe that logo.
