Hey Guys, it's been awhile. But guess what, we have yet again...another Grand Prix. This one is an 04 GT. We put an aftermarket radio in it.
We also have one of the portable XM radio units that I would like to put in it. Only problem is trying to find somewhere to mount it where its not in the way, easy to reach and not obnoxiously sticking out.

Anyone have ideas or places where they have mounted one in a GP?

I know it'd be easier to get a XM ready headunit, but we had this radio on hand already. So trying to work with what we have.

Will it mount in the lower cubby in front of the shifter?

We'd talked about putting it in the cubby, but weren't crazy about it. It's the best spot since it would be hidden and not as obvious as sticking it on the dash somewhere. I'll have to do some engineering and see what I can come up with.
