    The receiver for the remote has went bad and I need to replace it. From what I have researched, to get to it I have to do the following. Please let me know if this is correct....Thanks!

    Remove the rear seat bottom
    Remove the seat back
    Remove the package shelf

    i thought it was behind the radio? but that was for sure in a 97-03 car.

    It should be on the center of the rear deck 04+.

    Once you get the rear shelf cover off, you should just be able to push in the clips on the underside and lift the RKE right out of the deck.

    While you're in there, it wouldn't hurt to but a little sound deadening on the speaker shelf.
