    Can this be made to fit and work on my 99 GTP? It's from a 2000 Bonneville.

    I think so. You'll want the plugs from the back with a length of wire left to make your own harness. Wiring colors should be available at the12volt.com

    Doubtful, how are you going to get past the theft lock system whne it's coming from a completely different vehicle.

    2000+ bonneville radio's are specific to each car, they'd need a dealership re-program to work and or a code. Then will it work with the VATS system that is in a grand prix?

    The 05 uses EPROM. Forgot the old TheftLock
