where in the car is this plug?

If that's in the car the best guess would be it connects to the seat belt or the seat itself.
OverKilled, HAI, Ported Throttle body, Ported intake, ZZP DP, Magnaflow, BMR ta's, GMPP STB's, CCS springs, tinted tailights, roof rails, TEP cool'r, G8 hood. Glass Gearbox.

That's for a bose amp or should be anyway.
If your car has no bose stereo, that's why it's there.
