So driver front speaker and passenger rear speaker are blown, So ill need 4 speakers that play nice with the factory bose amp. Don't wanna dump a ton of money into it but would like it to sound better then stock. What are my options? Should I use the factory tweeters?

No one makes speakers that will work with the Bose amp, so your options are go to the junkyard and pull some out of another car or replace the all old speakers with new ones and run new wire direct to the head unit and bypass the amp.
The factory tweeters are just fine.

I always wondered but why can't other speakers work with the Bose amp?

I'm willing to do that, anyone do a write up on it? Like what harness to use and what not? What would be a good sounding replacement setup?
