    Hi All,

I'm looking into options for a CAI on my 2006 GP GXP. I was considering creating my own airbox of Plexiglas rather than running it into the fender wall purely for aesthetic purposes. Has anyone done this themselves? OR would anyone happen to have the dimensions of their CAI airbox?

Also, what are my options for attaching a K&N cone filter directly to the stock hardware?

I was going to use cardboard to make a mockup first but that would take quite some time getting it just right.

I guess you could base it off that, seems pretty straight forward.

    Or just buy it lol

Thanks, I've seen that one before but they do not give exact dimensions of it because then people like me will just make one instead of buying it I was hoping someone would post the dimensions of theirs.

Also, need some ideas to hook the K&N to the stock intake duct. I was thinking a smaller PVC, but i feel like that would restrict flow. Maybe one of these eBay HAI's for about $50? The problem is the MAF.

In the next two weeks we will have our prototype CAI kit for the LS4 cars. We will be offering two versions:
-The first kit will be for the stock MAF and a direct bolt-on combination. Tuning is strongly recommended
-The second kit will delete the factory MAF and convert to a LS3/LS7 style cartridge MAF sensor. Tuning will be REQUIRED

I looking to delete my stock maf sensor with a ls7 maf sometime soon. I have a cold air induction air box. Would your kit work with I'm air box?

Do you have some photos of your current setup?

My kit wouldn't be ideal for that combination, but I am sure I could make you an aluminum elbow with the LS7 maf to go from the throttle body to your aftermarket box.

I know this is a couple months old. Did this ever come out? What colors are available? I'm really wanting an orange air filter to go with my black and orange theme. What price point?
