    Thanks!

I havent dynoed the car yet. I plan on either sending it to Dyno Brian, or possibly driving it. I was told in an email NOT to go into boost as I may blow my car to pieces without a dyno tune. He sent me a custom tune for it to idle, and possibly cruise around town to break in the motor.....

I havent been able to drive it quite yet. there is a bunch of small things left to do before I take it down the road.

Thats awsome. Just because your fast you shouldnt have to be misserable. Right now my plans are pretty limited. Basics exhaust, CAI/FWI, chip/programming. I used to work at the local garage and my older cuz is still a tech there so im not worried about anything small getting past warrenty. right now just want a relable car for ahwile. My last car was a 1992 Audi S4. It was a fun and fast car, but was just too old and always working on it. Kinda worn out on working on stuff. But i havea 77 Dodge w150 pickup full time four wheel drive ill be wrenching on. I would love to turbo my car and fit brembos off a CTS-v or G8 GXP on my car.

Yes i do. the 92 s4 have a 2.2L Inline 5. Tripple K 24 turbo. The motor was running good. I finally pushed my injectors over the hill. 2 of them died, and the car itself needs like 2k in suspesion parts and all kinds of the LITTLE stuff. But with the dollar drop in value and a good deal of the parts only from germany it just got to be too much. The new gxp pulls harder on the bottom end, but the s4 im sure would pull away in a rolling start. I have Apex I boost controller, Samco Boost hoses, Lightened Flywheel, Cat back with one cat gutted, Porche Rs2 exhaust manifold, Porche 911 996 4 piston Brembo's, Apikol Short shifter, Apikol replacement Coil pack units, Steel Divertor valve, Phantom boost gauge.. i think thats about it. ITs for sale BTW

Well im really not far at all id say about 30 minutes from Ft. Collins. It should. I know the one injector wiring connector needs the insulator replace. i have had to do this to other various connection when i removed them to check for things. Pretty easy to do. go to junk yard get a couple audi injector harness come home pull the insulator out of the boot and put onto the one on the car. It might be. THE CAR is really ruff to be completely honest. Trans doesnt have second gear, and the cluth was slipping. But i had got it hot trying to get it home. SO it might be ok. The clutch i put in it is a carbon/kevlar unit from south bend cluth's. Stage2.. But hard to tell how bad cluth is with it not running right, no power to really get the car moving with it running on 3 cylinders. lol. YOUR more than welcome to look at it if ur ever intown. IM REALLY thinking hard on how to put the Brembos onto the GXP. OF course it would look funny with the brakes saying porche behind a pontiac wheel. BUT THEN i'd be one of a kind.

I "may" have a harness from an early 90's model 80? think they might be the same connectors?

Ya the injectors should be the same connectors. i was gonna fix the connectors actually and do a little trouble shooting. make sure it wasnta wiring issue. I dont have any pics i can get some. That woudl be a long drive back thats for sure. There are ALOT of S4 92-94 and the same basic S6 95-96 cars in colorado. Well i'll let u know. when i get some pics.

Dark Green Metallic, Black leather inside. The early S4 92-94 have a differnt feeling to the newer audi's. Lack of pesky TC or ESP is great. Just all mechanial AWD. TONS OF FUN. Id love to sell it to you man, but i dont wanna screw u over. Do some research on parts on these cars, the PRICES ARE pretty extreme. spark plugs $15 a piece. Very special Bosch units. I would really recomend a different one for a drive that far. All this talking about it makes me want to go hide it away rob a bank and fix it all up.

Pretty much how it went!!!!!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!!!!

but dang, are they fun to drive!!!!!! I liked the feel of my old 92 Passat.. you could mash it and feel it go. My moms car.. you mash it... and you gently go...

This is why I like the GTP's. when you mash it.. power is there.....

    I love old cars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My audi is quick but pretty mild. I have ridden in some of the audi club members cars around here OMG so brutal fast, stopping, turing all of it. The audi puts the GXP handling to shame and the suspension is totallly worn out.
