101°C is 213°F which is hot. The temps u wanna see are like 170°F-190°F which is 76.6°C - 87.8°C

They sell bolt on kits. Go to tripleedgeperformance.com and they sell kits with brackets but the kit I just bought is a complete bypass (meaning the stock cooler will no longer be used)
I will do a good write up hopefully next weekend when I install it that u can use

I would do the tranny cooler before any other mods but people go all the time with out one

thanks, so if i add another cooler do i just rune the lines into existing cooler lines( supply and return) just to technically give it a bigger rad? or pipe right into tranny?

If u just got an extra smaller cooler than u could put it so that the fluid goes to the radiator then to the extra cooler. U just cut the stock lines and add it in. But if u got a big enough cooler it'd be better to by pass the stock cooler

With him being in Canada where the winters are a little more harsh, would he be better off running a smaller cooler inline with his radiator cooler? If 213* is as hot as he's gotten, I'd suggest the smaller cooler. It should knock the temps down the 10 - 15 degrees he needs while helping with the warm up on sub freezing days. Might want to invest in a TransGo shift kit to. It will help with temps. I installed mine (still on my factory cooler, but V6 car) and I instantly saw a 15* reduction in temps while climbing my mountain going back home. I'd see upwards of 232*, now the hottest I've seen was 213* climbing behind a slow moving truck. Plus the shift kit will help trememdiously on wear and tear, not just a performance add on.

I'm with marines with suggesting a large cooler to bypass the stocker, but this is just my $.02. Just something else to think about if it's his primary driver year round...

Well if he got a cooler like mine i just got is what id recommend. It does do much cooling until the temps get higher and the fluid gets thinner. It in the design of the cooler.

I can't remember what exactly this type of cooling is though
