Halo headlights, retros are the way to go.
And a little more growl. I'd do headers. Their a little pricey but I have the OBX ones with 3" exhaust tubing to the y-split then into 2.5". With Borla Pro XS mufflers. I also have an electric cutout which is the ****. Check out my ride thread I've got videos on there.

Halo headlights suck ass period. You are better off driving with two flashlights taped to the hood and pointing at the ground, they are that bad. Stock headlights beat the output they offer.
Retro-fits are common, thy take a projector and mod them into the stock headlight capsules.
As for sound, you have many options. Headers, mufflers etc. Pick something that IS NOT chambered, to reduce the chance at drone. Something from magnaflow would be a good bet.
