I'm looking to buy new tires soon and I want to put the same size all the way around. Here's my dilemma....

Option 1 - Keep the staggered wheel setup and run 245/45's. Do any of you guys doing this have any trouble getting someone to mount tires since they are technically the wrong size for both size wheels?

Option 2 - Buy 2 new factory 8" wheels and run 255/45's. I did some quick measuring and it looks like the tire will still be inside the fender in the back.

With either option, would I be able to run a spare on a factory 7" wheel and tire size?

Option 1 would be a lot cheaper but Option 2 would allow me to use my current 7" wheels and tires in the winter.

I'm leaning towards Option 2 but would like to hear what other people think.....

option 2 if you can pull it off for sure.

two sets of wheels is always nice for summer/winter.

I'm tracking down another set of front wheels for mine as well.

I think staggered wheel setups are stupid unless it is strickly a track car.
