Having an issue with my headlights..

Both aren't working. I checked the fuses and replaced the headlamp relay.

They still don't work.....they will work after driving for about 15 minutes or so. Very strange.

Open for suggestions on what to check. Took both headlights out of the vehicle and checked all plugs to make sure nothing is loose or busted wires.

Update: replaced column switch. Still doesn't work!

Checked the 10a fuse for the low beam. Although it's not blown I stuck the multimeter in the female part and no power what - so - ever

No clue where to go from here.

The wiring? No. Don't think it would be the issue as I can't even turn them on manually?

Anybody know someone in western MA that can scan the BCM...the dealership is probably gonna rape me

I'm in western MA but don't believe headlights is included in HPT (scanner). Did you check the ground up behind the headlight? Recently helped another local and he found the ground to be an issue.

It's the ground right behind ....I think the driverside headlight on the radiator support.

You'll have to remove the headlights there's a ground point directly in front of the opening on both sides. 10mm bolts and no hpt can't scan for that unfoutenatley

I meant to control it. Like it can fans etc. Pretty sure headlamps aren't available though.

Checked the ground (located directly under headlight once taken out) definitely not the case. Looked fine

Bump if anyone has come across this yet. Came across this issue with a few hundred people online and not one solution. Haven't had headlights for months now and about to just trade it in

Did you replace the HDM module??

I know you said relay but you didnt say if it was the HDM one or not. That module controls all low beam functions for headlights.

I had no headlights on my last GP for awile and it turned out to be the ignition switch.
