Ive had these installed for a while now however i think it should be important for any LS4 owner to put one on.after two months it trapped almost a 1/3 cup of oil. not bad for a el cheapo catch can from ebay.
link for the catch can http://www.ebay.com/itm/UNIVERSAL-HI...40bb05&vxp=mtr

install is simple i used 3/8' fuel line i had lying around to connect to nipple on valve cover and the same for the nipple on the intake manifold

Install wherever you want in the engine bay however i try to keep mine away from exhaust componets or other high heat componets.

update*** did follow up video click the link.... install pics are below
    http://s173.beta.photobucket.com/use...4_281.mp4.html

Pics are self explanatory. and if you need the refrence the fitting on left of the can is for "dirty" air and centered fitting is for clean air. drain plug is on bottom.

    Installed pics

theres the write up from ls1tech i was trying to find again for people to see. i ended up putting stainless steel scrubber inside of mine and ran a clear small tube from the inlet line to about half way down. another member recommended i do that.

But this install guide you put over on ls1tech was the main one i used for installing this thing

didnt realize someone else did this too. yea i took mine apart but decided against the tube because regardless oil is heavier than air and looking through my clean air section there is no oil i can see or smell. After the catch can and DOD disabled i barley lose oil besides whats in the catch can.

Yea there was one piece that came with the catch can that I couldn't figure out what it was for so I didn't even use it. And im glad u put this thread over here after I talked to u on ls1tech. Those are the same pics u sent me when I was there and helped a lot with the install. I got finished pics of where I mounted mine in my ride thread.
