    Any GXP owners have these:

Eibach Pro Kit Springs PONTIAC GRAND PRIX BASE, GTP, GXP V6, V8 - 3815.140

Had a pair of ssc's on my ss/sc cobalt and liked em but hear there rough on the GP's. Input?

From what i have seen 99% of people have used the SSC springs on the GXP/SS cars. Drop looks nice, And it seemed like everyone liked them. Said the Ride was more or less right on with stock ride.

yeha and the ssc springs were a bit cheaper, even tho it doesnt say on the website that they fit our cars, guess i should just do a phone in order instead....and 2" drop is way too much lol

I thought Eibach no longer makes an application for the '07 gxp? At least when I called a few months ago that's what I was told. But if they do that's good news. They were perfect on my Cobalt SS S/C. Also do we need to do anything else if we lower? Like dog bones or control arms???

You may need chamber bolts for the alignment. Shorter dog bones are a good idea. There are several other things you can do but none of them are "required". What is worth I love my eibachs combined with the AGX struts. But they are on a GTP.

Yup, so Eibach website doesn't even have springs for our car. That must be a old link bladerunner. BTW you in AZ...I got a silver gxp on 20's in the west valley. Can't wait to get the springs.

im not saying it doesnt say that on the manufacturing specs. im saying those specs are wrong, just like every other spring manufacturer.

Lowering a GXP has been discussed at length in this thread: ClubGP Message Forum troubleshooting
I would love to see someone compair the Bilstein shocks vs standard with lowing springs.

The rear of the car needs to lowered less than the front or the rear looks like it's sagging.

Because that club's website is terrible at keeping links alive after it no longer works search for "Feedback: Canuck Motorsports/SSC Lowering Springs Adjustments"

    Good luck with your lowering!
