Attach new harness to pump, run wires where you want to the fuse box, cut into the grey line on the wires coming out of the fuse box, attach to said grey wire.

I ran the main power wire directly to the post on the top of the under hood fuse box. I put a suitable size terminal on. This was on a 2000 GP, I assume on 04 has the same design. The rest of the harness I ran under the car attaching it to the fuel or brake lines with wire ties.

Racetronix sends instructions for a 04+ vehicle that requires no tapping into wires and shows how to run the wire from the back to the front for the alternator connection. Very well written ones that just require two unpins and repins into a different connector, than all plug and play
