Should be series II SC. Phone auto corrected to Scott... Sorry.

I am helping a friend with a early 2000s gtp. During a tune up he decided the throttle body was needing clean so he yanked it.
It was literally the nastiest tb I have every seen. We cleaned it and put it all back on with a new gasket but it is running rough. We have tripled checked everything we can think on but it still runs rough.

In edit : The iac and tps were replaced as well at that time. Swapping them out for the old ones didn't help.
Is there a relearn procedure we should have followed here?
