Initially when I installed my IC pump I put it in the fender area as seen per other threads. I was then told I cannot do this as the air will not be purged and the pump won't work well like this.

Now being in New England I fear the pumps placement down by the frame with these up coming wet months.

Where are all of you mounting your pumps???? Pro's cons if I put it back in the fender area?

Looks like how mine is set up. It took a bit to get the air out of the system but it works just fine. As long as the fill is high in the system. Not sure where a better place would be.

I just had mine laying on the plastic of the passenger fender liner, lines held it in place pretty good. I didn't remove the bumper either for my install, or uninstall when I switched to E85. Never even knew there was a con to mounting it in the fender area, always thought as long as it was the lowest point in the system it was good. I'm done with all that ic stuff now though, lol.

when I initially mounted my intercooler pump, it went in the engine bay, right next to the pcm. I have since relocated it, and have it mounted directly under the spot it was previously mounted. I wanted to install a 97 style antifreeze coolant overflow to use for my intercooler, so that spot was no longer available.
