Looked at the plugs yesterday after taking them all out i came across one that the insulator was loose on and it looked like it was arcing off the side of the plug. So i replaced the plug but i didnt get the chance to start it because i had just sealed all the connections on the exhaust with rtv. So i will start her up after work today. Fingers crossed this solves my problem.. Will post results

Started the car up nice and smooth idle. So the culprit was the plug. Now when i drive the car there is a big clunk when i first start driving.. Im pretty sure its one of the subframe bushings because when i lowered the subframe one of the bushings came out with the bolt. But instead of replacing it i just pushed it back up in there, and when i looked a minute ago theres a noticeable difference inbetween them. But thats my own fault i guess lol.
