An ic/rocker car can get into the 12's, and any aftermarket cam is better than the damn stock one. Just because it's not optimal doesn't mean it won't work good enough to reach his goal. Wtf, how can you recommend the guy do and spend all this money on his damn car when you have no clue what it's currently running?
