    Hi All
I am just seeing if when you take off the oil cap with the motor is running. What should happens
to the motor? For me the motor dies.
    What I did,ported intake, ssic, ported sc, to a 1999 n* TB
Did a smoke test blocked off the TB. Just had I small leak at TB. Fixed.

So now I take off the oil cap and its under pressure and smoke would come out of the oil cap.
I put my hand over it and it builds up pressure.
Car runs good @ wot locks in @ -4.7

    I think that's all. Help

    Ty

your ic is likely blocking off the pcv, thats the only thing that makes the oil cap suck in.

    give this a read. http://www.grandprixforums.net/threa...cover-breather!

sounds like its sucking in to me, either way the ic is likely the issue. as he said it stalls cap off too.

Pics of how you ran your vac lines to the nstar? The ssic utilize stock pcv functions so as long as the front and rear ports are not blocked, vac lines routed correctly, and you have a pcv with the oring, you should be good.

PCV in backwards and improper sealing of PCV? If it's building positive pressure when you have your hand over the oil tower (whatever it is called), and vapor coming out indicates it's not sucking in right?

just trying to understand it not arguing the fact. The IC and N* TB I knk nothing about so that's throwing me.
