A clean/flush break or is there anything sticking out???

If some is left, I would heat that sucker up with some map gas and use some vise grips to try and removed the rest.

Or you could try welding a nut (weld inside the nut) to the rest of whats left and see if it will come out.

Damn. Both of them Broke off inside with nothing sticking out. I hate to try drilling it but i think a tap and die is the only way i can get em out. Judt scared to do it cause i did this once on ny old dodge truck and hit a water jacket... gotta be done tho i guess.

Just make sure to use a left hand thread tap and drill. There is a product called Aldeen ease out and I find it works great for small things but have never used it over 5/16" sized studs. They sell a set at Home Depot it's about $19 a set but it's the only one I have had real luck with. The twist in and square ease outs seem to be crap.

and a right angle drill so you can get the bit to the busted bolt in the head easily.

    that really sucks.

id try a easy out first, if that fails try the welder trick.

did they break on the way in or out?

This style is the ONLY eazy out I have ever been able to get a stuck bolt below flush out, and I have tried them all.

One busted on removal and one busted going in. Lol i just want a reason to go buy a welder... i guess the easy out would be alright to try out.

Make sure to use some Kroil or the penetrating lube of your choice.
