2005 gtp cooling fans not working please help

2005 gtp neither cooling fan is turning on not even when the ac pump is on. I wouldnt expect both fans to be burned out is there a way to test with a wire from bat to fan. Which color wire? Any input greatly appriciated

What tells the pcm to turn on fans? My temp gauge on dash works wheres is the one for the fan located?

The temp sensor has 2 ouputs if thats what you are asking, one for the dash and one for the pcm.

Swap a fan relay around and see if anything changes.
