I guest replaced the gaskets with the newer metal ones and now I have a new leak. It is the front right corner of the intake. It is -25 now, so I do not know if that is effecting it or not. Coolant also appears to be running up the bolt. I am going to pull the intake again and have a look. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

you need to put RTV in the cornors where the sides meet. this will keep it from leaking.

other than that just make sure youve got the right tightening order.

We put RTV on the corners, maybe just not enough. I followed the tightening sequence and torque spec. The only thing I can think of is I accidentally skipped a bolt. Put it on at 2am.

RTV settled for probably an hour and a half. There is a puddle of coolant around the bolt I guess It could be coming from the coolant o ring on the top of the intake.

Figured it out today. Wow i'm dumb. I never looked at it with the car running. The thermostat housing was not tight enough and I could watch the coolant bubble out. She's all fixed up now. Finally lol! I also got ambitious and replace my stripped battery terminal bolt and my diverside fog light bulb.
